About Me

Hi, I’m Elizabeth! 

Like you, I started my journey in grad school, working toward my Master of Arts in Counseling. I graduated in 2009, shortly after the Great Recession, when therapy was often seen as a luxury. That’s how I found my way into the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) world, where I spent the last 16 years.

In 2019, I joined a boutique EAP with just seven employees. Before long, I became the administrator of our website. Countless afternoons were spent Googling how to fix a broken link, troubleshooting contact forms, and diving into SEO.

Now, I use that experience to help therapists like you. Running a private practice already means wearing many hats – scheduling, billing, bookkeeping, continuing education – and hopefully finding time to recharge. That’s why I launched Attune: to take the website off your plate.
